As a distributor, Byteworks International Pte Ltd (BWI) provides technical support to End Users through its registered SEAL Teams. These Teams are required to provide all their End Users with first level tech support

In the event that SEAL Teams are not able to provide technical support for a good reason, BWI shall provide such support to the End User, keeping the team in the loop
